Joseph Moses Kolasanakoti, a pre-mature baby born in the 8th month, was supposed to die, but his mother prayed with a simple belief in the Lord Jesus Christ to secure his life, with his father still being an orthodox Hindu following all kinds of rituals and traditions then. The doctors also wondered how the Lord kept him alive and healthy growing! His mother started going to the church sincerely remembering the prayer she prayed before his birth - "Lord, Keep my baby alive and healthy, and I consecrate him to you!" - and she taught the same thing to Joseph Moses time and again whenever she thought he was going astray.

So this 'Miracle Baby' was growing but away from the Lord. Though having a deep longing in his heart to be righteous and joyful all through his life, he couldn't really make it. Full of despair and failure ,at the age of 19, he attended a Youth Conference where the Lord spoke to him from - "Ecclesiastes:11:9 - Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgement.", and the Spirit Of God convicted him of his sinful life and he confessed his sins at the foot of the cross, and surrendered himself to God's will and changed his life from his attitude-level. He completed his studies and wanted to become a Top Police Cop (Indian Police Service Officer) since his dad has been a police officer who trained him in such a way. But his mother consecrated him to the Master's Ministry. During this struggle of life, Joseph met with a motorcycle accident in a huge cyclone, when he heard a still small voice of the Lord, lying unconscious on the road: "Come back to my fold", and he dedicated his life to the Lord on the spot!

As the Lord lead him through, he got married to Annie, Theological graduate, daughter of Pas. Israel Gandi, Founder of Bethel Assembly Ministries, Tadepalligudem. Joseph & Annie prayed together for His guidance and started the Mission with Vision & Burden - "GOSPEL TORCH CHARITABLE MISSION" - in the year 1993, as a small house-church! Praises to God alone for His Unending Mercies, His Everlasting Love and His Faithfulness!!!
